Shipping & Delivery

Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of plants, returns are generally not accepted. Refunds or replacements will only be provided if the product arrives damaged or if an incorrect item is delivered. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo proof.
Plant Care Responsibility
Once the plant is delivered, proper care including watering, sunlight, and maintenance becomes the responsibility of the customer.
